This was such a fun shoot! Heath wanted to surprise his girlfriend so he planned a fun “Couples Anniversary Shoot” on Tybee Island. Half way through the shoot, he signaled to me that it was the perfect time and he got down on one knee and proposed! She was super surprised and so happy she just hugged him right off the bat. Heath knew the answer was YES! We then continued the session at a nearby park and got some fun engagement photos. These guys were so cute and in love!
A Little About Lorien
Our process is to first, meet and discuss all the details of the wedding. When we arrive on the day of the wedding we will start by getting a few detail shots and candid moments before the wedding. We love to capture all of the little moments and precious details that are important to you!
Because we have photographed so many weddings, we will be there to guide you every step of the way and make it fun and easy. We want to make sure that your day goes smoothly and that you are completely at ease in front of the camera, so a lot of our photographic style is documentary so that you can remember your day as it was, rather than posed.
At the end of the day we go back to the studio and we then edit every single photograph that you will get. Depending on how many hours we were there, you will get anywhere from 400-800 images! Next we will send you a preview so that you have something to look at while your photos are being shipped!
We use high quality camera’s, lenses, and editing software to make sure your photographs are sharp and beautiful. We deliver around 500-800 images per wedding and every image you receive will be digitally enhanced and, if needed, retouched. We only deliver the highest quality!
This was a beautiful wedding at Brockington Hall in Savannah! It was a Great Gatsby themed wedding with lots of lace and sparkly gold. All of the dresses were beautiful and the decorations were gorgeous. Here is a little preview!
I had the wonderful opportunity to give this couple a fun photo shoot on their first anniversary after the wedding! They got married in Charleston one year ago and had a fun reception at Rue de Jean, but unfortunately their photographer did not capture any good shots of them together! They found me and invited me to Charleston so that we could relive some of the memories!
Lydia and Ian were so much fun and great models! We wandered through the streets of Charleston looking for good locations and I know we got some shots that no one else will ever have! We even got invited into a secret garden in a kind family’s backyard. Here is a little preview of the shoot!
